Brady Tanner is the Principal Broker at Elysium Real Estate and PRIME RESIDENTIAL BROKERS. With close to twenty years of experience, Brady specializes in maximizing home value for sellers and finding optimal investment opportunities for buyers.

Among the top 1% of Realtors in Utah, Brady has invested in over 100 properties and guided thousands of clients to success in real estate. He leads a dedicated team at Elysium Real Estate, sharing a vision of financial empowerment and smart investing.

David has been practicing law in Arizona for over 25 years. He earned his Finance and Juris Doctorate degrees from Arizona State University. He is particular about each client’s estate planning goals and objectives so that he can meet their specific legal needs. He loves his wife and children. He is an Arizona native who enjoys serving in his community and church. He also follows local sports and loves to golf and play basketball.

With more than 40 years of experience in estate planning and related practice areas, including probate and business matters, Shelly brings a depth of knowledge and a steady, client-focused approach to every engagement. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside well-established attorneys, allowing her to develop a broad scope of responsibilities, a high level of independence, and strong day-to-day involvement in complex legal matters.

Building long-term client relationships is central to her professional style and one of the most rewarding aspects of her work. She is committed to supporting clients with clarity, consistency, and care throughout every stage of the planning process.

Jennifer Valentina settled in Utah initially due to her love of animals. After obtaining her second college degree in Zoo Animal Technology in Florida, she moved to Utah in 1999 to work at the Tracy Aviary. 15 years later, she retired from animal care to spend more time with her young children. It did not take long for Jennifer to get back out into the workplace, where she tried her hand at teaching and even delivering the mail. When a position opened up at Pearson Butler in reception, she tapped into her experience working reception at a doctor’s office in college and quickly became indispensable to the law firm and, by extension, Elysium. She spent five years as the Billing Specialist for Elysium. While this work kept her busy, it didn’t fulfill her need to be helping clients directly. When the opportunity to be the Funding Coordinator was presented to her, she jumped at the chance. Now she spends her days helping clients bridge the gap between their Estate Plans and their retirement and investment goals.

Raised in Southern Arizona and a University of Arizona Alum, Lauren brings a background in education and administration to her role at Elysium. Currently pursuing certification in fine art appraisal, she understands that when we plan for our future and our assets, those considerations sometimes include artwork. Outside of the office, Lauren spends time at her family’s ranch.

Joshua Atkinson is the Director of Business Development who enjoys building meaningful relationships in the estate planning space. He works closely with attorneys, financial advisors, funeral home partners, and families to help connect the right people and solutions, with a focus on long-term planning, legacy, and trust. He is passionate about growing strong referral networks, identifying opportunities that benefit everyone involved, and supporting thoughtful planning that makes a real difference for clients and their families.

Outside of his career, Joshua enjoys spending time with his beautiful family. His wife of 23 years and three amazing daughters give him purpose, joy, and hope for the future.

Lauren joined Pearson Butler in July 2022, beginning her career in reception and administrative support. She quickly discovered a passion for working face-to-face with clients while also assisting with the behind-the-scenes operations that keep the office running smoothly. In May 2024, Lauren transitioned into estate planning intake, where she continues to support clients with care, organization, and attention to detail. Through this role, she has learned just how important estate planning is and how vital it is to plan for your future.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys expressing her creativity through painting and drawing, and loves spending time in the kitchen cooking with her husband.

Through education, thoughtful guidance, and a genuine desire to serve, she takes the time to truly understand each family’s goals, values, and concerns, working closely with them to create an estate plan that is both practical and personalized. Callie was born and raised in Utah in a large family, where she witnessed firsthand the confusion, stress, and heartache that can arise when proper estate planning is not in place. Those early experiences, combined with years of focused work in estate planning, shaped her passion for helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Callie is dedicated to bringing clarity, peace of mind, and order to an often-overwhelming process. Reducing your to-do list one estate plan at a time!

Mark serves as a distinguished partner at our firm, seamlessly blending his profound dedication to real estate, trusts, and estate law with a heartfelt commitment to assisting families in shaping their futures. Since initiating his legal journey in 2007, Mark has been an active advocate and expert in the Arizona legal community. He share his insights by frequently presenting on real estate law and estate planning.

After completing his undergraduate studies at Utah State University, Mark pursued his Juris Doctor from S.J. Quinney School of Law at the University of Utah. He then earned his admission to the Arizona Bar in the same year, 2007. Mark has also been admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

With over 20 years of legal experience, Lindsay is dedicated to helping families and individuals navigate difficult times. Beginning her career as a family law attorney, she now focuses on estate planning and probate. Lindsay assists families in planning for incapacity and death to minimize chaos and confusion.

She is passionate about educating the community on the importance of incapacity and death planning, aiming to remove the taboo around these conversations by highlighting their benefits.

Additionally, Lindsay works to raise awareness among other professionals involved in a family’s life—such as attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, financial planners, and real estate agents—so they can collaborate and provide comprehensive support when a loss occurs.

Lindsay has lived in Arizona since she was six years old. She has been married for over 20 years, has four children, and a dog. They enjoy camping, hunting, kayaking and traveling together.
Lindsay knows, loves and understands the people who call Arizona home. Nothing is more important to Lindsay than family – both hers and yours.

Dennis has been practicing law since 1978. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Utah State University, he received his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University, graduating cum laude. He has assisted thousands of clients to plan and implement their wills and trusts, structure their businesses and protect their assets, manage and structure their business transactions, including real estate, and advise in estate and trust administration.

Dennis is a member of the Estate Planning, Tax and Business Law Sections of the Utah State Bar Association. He is a former Chairman of the Tax Section of the Utah State Bar. He has been a Member of Legislative Committees on Tax, Estate Planning and Probate matters. As a former Professor of Taxation at the Washington College of Law, Dennis has been a frequent speaker at NBI tax, estate planning and trust seminars for attorney continuing legal education.

Dennis served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Utah Community Development Corporation for over 30 years, an organization dedicated to providing affordable homes to lower income persons and was President of the organization for three years where he also provided legal services in an unofficial capacity. He has served as a Scoutmaster, Varsity Scout Leader, and in other supportive capacities in scouting for nearly 30 years and remains active in working with the youth of his church. Finally, and most importantly, Dennis and his wife have 8 children between them, 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, and enjoy many outdoor activities.

Russell G. Evans graduated from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa in 1995. Since his graduation and subsequent return to Utah, Russell has practiced in the following areas: juvenile law, personal injury, bankruptcy and estate planning.

Currently, Russell spends the majority of his time practicing in the estate planning and bankruptcy areas. He enjoys the interactions with his clients and loves helping them solve problems and preparing them for the future.

Russell attended Brigham Young University where he received a B.A. in Spanish Translation and Interpretation (1992). Although he was born and raised in Overland Park, Kansas, he has strong Utah roots. He is a father to four adult children and three grandchildren.

Connor became part of the Elysium team in April 2024 as an Estate Planning Paralegal. With a focus on helping clients organize and fund their estate plans, Connor is dedicated to ensuring their wishes are met and their legacy is protected. His strong attention to detail and commitment to personalized service make him a trusted resource for clients navigating these important decisions.

When he’s not working, Connor enjoys spending quality time with his wife and embracing the outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, camping, or simply enjoying nature.

Jason Haymore graduated from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 2010 where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review. He also has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in History Teaching.

Jason’s practice is primarily focused on estate planning and he serves as the Practice Lead for the Estate Planning Group of Elysium Legal. Jason is adept at finding common sense solutions for end of life planning. His clients range from young families primarily planning for the protection of their children to those with large estates seeking asset protection, Medicaid planning, and dynasty planning. Jason is married, has four children, and loves spending time at sporting events or in the outdoors with his family. When not in the office, he can usually only be found somewhere in the mountains trying to get lost on horseback.
