Mark Waldron

Mark serves as a distinguished partner at our firm, seamlessly blending his profound dedication to real estate, trusts, and estate law with a heartfelt commitment to assisting families in shaping their futures. Since initiating his legal journey in 2007, Mark has been an active advocate and expert in the Arizona legal community. He share his insights by frequently presenting on real estate law and estate planning.

After completing his undergraduate studies at Utah State University, Mark pursued his Juris Doctor from S.J. Quinney School of Law at the University of Utah. He then earned his admission to the Arizona Bar in the same year, 2007. Mark has also been admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.

Lindsay Glenn

Lindsay has been practicing law for over 20 years. In 1999, Lindsay graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a BA in Political Science and a minor in French. Lindsay graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University in 2002. Lindsay graduated law school as a trained mediator. She also received the Pro Bono Gold Award for completing more than 100 hours of pro bono service.

Lindsay has extensive experience with revocable family trusts, supplemental needs trusts, NFA gun trusts, LLC formation and amendments, uncontested guardianships, uncontested conservatorships and uncontested adoptions.

Lindsay has been married for over 20 years and has four children. They enjoy camping, hunting, fishing, kayaking, traveling to Rocky Point and San Diego and exploring National Parks.

Lindsay has lived in Arizona since she was six years old. She knows, loves and understands this state and the people who call it home. Nothing is more important to Lindsay than family – both hers and yours.

Dennis Astill

Dennis has been practicing law since 1978. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Utah State University, he received his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University, graduating cum laude. He has assisted thousands of clients to plan and implement their wills and trusts, structure their businesses and protect their assets, manage and structure their business transactions, including real estate, and advise in estate and trust administration.

Dennis is a member of the Estate Planning, Tax and Business Law Sections of the Utah State Bar Association. He is a former Chairman of the Tax Section of the Utah State Bar. He has been a Member of Legislative Committees on Tax, Estate Planning and Probate matters. As a former Professor of Taxation at the Washington College of Law, Dennis has been a frequent speaker at NBI tax, estate planning and trust seminars for attorney continuing legal education.

Dennis served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Utah Community Development Corporation for over 30 years, an organization dedicated to providing affordable homes to lower income persons and was President of the organization for three years where he also provided legal services in an unofficial capacity. He has served as a Scoutmaster, Varsity Scout Leader, and in other supportive capacities in scouting for nearly 30 years and remains active in working with the youth of his church. Finally, and most importantly, Dennis and his wife have 8 children between them, 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, and enjoy many outdoor activities.

Russell Evans

Russell G. Evans graduated from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa in 1995. Since his graduation and subsequent return to Utah, Russell has practiced in the following areas: juvenile law, personal injury, bankruptcy and estate planning.

Currently, Russell spends the majority of his time practicing in the estate planning and bankruptcy areas. He enjoys the interactions with his clients and loves helping them solve problems and preparing them for the future.

Russell attended Brigham Young University where he received a B.A. in Spanish Translation and Interpretation (1992). Although he was born and raised in Overland Park, Kansas, he has strong Utah roots. He is a father to four adult children and three grandchildren.

Jason Haymore

Jason Haymore graduated from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 2010 where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review. He also has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in History Teaching.

Jason’s practice is primarily focused on estate planning and he serves as the Practice Lead for the Estate Planning Group of Pearson Butler. Jason is adept at finding common sense solutions for end of life planning. His clients range from young families primarily planning for the protection of their children to those with large estates seeking asset protection, Medicaid planning, and dynasty planning. Jason is married, has four children, and loves spending time at sporting events or in the outdoors with his family. When not in the office, he can usually only be found somewhere in the mountains trying to get lost on horseback.
